What is the Sunzone company?

Sunzone Company is a distributor of fine chefs' tools and equipment from around the world. We stock the top-of-the-line from hundreds of factories in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. There's no waiting for your order to come from overseas, for we stock everything in our warehouse.

Who shops at Sunzone?

Some of our customers are world-class hotels, cruise ships, restaurants, and clubs, as well as corporate kitchens, caterers, and cooking schools. Executive chefs, pastry chefs, and sous chefs all rely on our website services or business.

How does Sunzone decide what goes onto our website?

For over 40 years we have decided what goes onto our website by visiting factories all over Europe and Japan, by evaluating new products and trends and by listening to the comments and suggestions of our customers.

Is the Sunzone website a good place for me to shop?

Sunzone is for anyone who is looking for great quality products for a great price. Our product selection is geared towards serving the food service industry.

Does Sunzone have a physical location?

Yes. Our company is located at 219 Central Ave NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102

Can Sunzone ship internationally?

Yes. As a small company, we do not have the capability of processing international cards but we can accept wire transfers. We do have a $300 US minimum order for this. Stay tuned!*

If you send us your details we can provide a quote for you, but we cannot provide the customs, duties and taxes for the final destination. 

Where is Sunzone's warehouse located?

Our warehouse is located at 20455 S Reeves Ave, Carson, CA 90810, where we stock all of our products for fast shipping and availability.

Are these Retail Prices?

We offer competitive pricing and promotions.

Is there a minimum order?

We do not currently have a minimum order for our website.

When do you process my credit card?

When you place your order, the charge is captured immediately. 

How quickly can I receive my order?

We process most orders within two business days after we receive them. We then ship them out via UPS or Federal Express ground service. Expedited (Next Day and Second Day) delivery is available upon request. Back Orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
